The unloader lifts up one column of tubes at a time and sets it on a single-file closed circuit conveyor (5), and this conveyor takes the tubes to a unit (6) which grips each tube in turn and removes its stopper. After this the tubes are forwarded by the single-file conveyor to a station (7) and when a complete column is at this station, it is lifted (9) into an outgoing case and the outgoing case is supplied out (31) when it is full.

The bracket 14 with holders 16 mounted on it removes the times) 1 about five test tubes 3 of each row from cartridge 2 and inserts them into the holder of 22 test tubes. The tube transport mechanism 17 holds the tube holders 22 with the tubes move along the direction of 20 with the shoulders 21. At the same time, the needles 32 pierce the plug 25 by means of converging semirings 31, and the spring 38 pushes the plug down, helping the needles 32 pierce the plug . Cylinders 28 are then lowered, as a result of which bracket 26 is lowered. Open tubes 3, which are held in holders 22, are transported to mechanism 33 for placing test tubes, which stand up until five test tubes fit into it. After the five test tubes have been assembled, the bracket 34 with the pneumatic sheath 35, which is reinforced on it, by means of the grippers 36 transfers these test tubes to the empty cassette 2.
The free cassette 2 is transported from the cassette take-out mechanism 37 to a predetermined position by reverse movement of the belt conveyors.
If the cartridge 2, from which the tubes 3 were removed, is transported from the tube extraction mechanism 12 to a predetermined position, then while these tubes are transported to the track 18, the cartridge can be used for new tubes.

Since the free cassette is extremely jerky, each time the distance between two adjacent rows of test tubes, it moves synchronously with the mechanism 33 for ordering the test tubes. Therefore, the test tubes are transferred to the cassette one by one. Since the test tubes were arranged in reverse order they will be placed in the cassette in the same order as at the beginning of the arrival.
Thereafter, all the tubes are installed in the cassette, the latter cassette extraction mechanism 37 is output from the device. The holders 22 from which the tubes are removed are returned to their original position.
